OUR PROGRAM - CURRICULUM - ACTIVITIES
Your child will be participating in all the activities.
Daily activities are designed for children to learn art, music, crafts, language arts, math, reading, writing, science, social skills, and fine and gross motor skills. We provide an environment that helps children to be creative in solving problems, redefining situations, demonstrating flexibility, and being adventurous.
On a regular basis, we engage children to explore and experience various kinds of educational projects using a variety of art media. They learn to be individually creative.
SPANISH LANGUAGE CLASS
Your child will learn Spanish through cultural and educational activities such as Spanish songs, music, games, stories, and projects.
YOGA FOR KIDS
Traditional techniques are recreated in a playful, simple, and relaxing way. Our yoga time is filled with poses, games, breathing, singing, and counting.
Dancing benefits are countless, just to name a few: dance improves flexibility, coordination, rhythm, balance, posture, range of motion, stamina, muscle tone, strength, self-discipline, confidence, and love for music. Children strengthen their cognitive abilities and memory skills through learning choreography. Children love dancing on our exquisite stage.
A physically active child is a healthy child. Your child will jump up and down, spin around, hop like a frog, crawl like a crab, do jumping jacks, jog in place, balance on different legs, tumble, stretch and have a workout of their lives.
Children love books and it is fun. Every week your child will visit our library. Books are read to the children on an everyday basis. Storytime helps children with fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, phonics, and much more. Interactive stories are performed on our stage.
PRE-K VIRTUAL CLASS ACTIVITIES
This class is designed for Pre-K children, to learn how to interact with and virtually follow the instructions in case they would not or could not be physically present in the classrooms. Virtual learning is designed to extendeducational experiences. It does not try to replicate them.
Weather permitting, each morning and afternoon the children are at the playground. At the playground, we have our parties, picnics, nature projects, egg hunts, circle times, art classes, summer splash times, playing games, and more.
This is a lot of fun. The program includes amusing and witty daily themes such as kite flying, origami paper folding, circus performing, cooking, jewelry making, etc. Water play and fitness programs are part of our activities.
